Do candidates need to create an account?+
No. Candidates open a unique link, allow camera and mic, and start recording. No app, no signup, no friction.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in Settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my videos after retention expires?+
Videos are deleted from storage once your retention window passes (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, 1 year+ on Enterprise). Candidate metadata stays.
Is there a free trial of Pro?+
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card required to start.

Where are videos stored?+
In Supabase Storage with row-level security. Videos are only accessible through short-lived signed URLs — never public.
