Our story

From a frustrated recruiter to a global tool.

HireBee started in 2024, when our founder spent six weeks scheduling phone screens for a single open role. By the time she reached candidate number forty, the top candidates had already accepted offers elsewhere.

We knew there had to be a better way. Async video — done right — lets recruiters meet every applicant, and lets candidates show up as themselves on their own time. No calendar wars. No timezone math. Just thoughtful answers, reviewed when it suits you.
